Launched in 2017, Spectrum Works is the world’s first and only job fair for adults living with autism. What started as a local event in Scarborough with 150 attendees, has since grown into a national in-person event, and even pivoted to a virtual event due to the pandemic, which opened it up to attendees across Canada.
